We started DME Pro USA because hospice deserves a supplier that picks up the phone, knows the patients, and doesn't make case managers chase paperwork. Today we serve more than 40 hospice agencies across San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties — handling thousands of orders a year with same-day or next-day delivery.
Our team includes former hospice RNs and case coordinators. We know what a "stat" order means at 4:45pm on a Friday, and we know that "the family is asking" usually means it's already overdue.
