DME PRO LLC, doing business as DME Pro USA, sends text messages from (760) 334-5587 about equipment orders: delivery and pickup times, driver updates, tracking links and replies to your questions. We send no marketing.
How to opt in
You get texts only after you, or the hospice or caregiver ordering for you, agree to them in one of these ways:
- On our web order form: enter your phone number and tick the optional box "I agree to receive text messages from DME Pro USA at the phone number above about this order". The box is unchecked by default and is not required to place an order.
- By phone: when you call 760-879-1071 to place or schedule an order, our staff asks: "Can we text you at this number about your delivery and pickup times? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." We text you only if you say yes, and we record your consent with the order.
- By text: text START to (760) 334-5587.

How to opt out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. You will get one final message confirming you are opted out: "DME Pro USA: You will not get more texts from us. Reply START to turn them back on."

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase. You can order equipment without texts and we will reach you by phone or email instead.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent are shared only with our text-message provider to deliver the messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
