DME Pro USA, LLC ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and any protected health information (PHI) we receive in the course of providing durable medical equipment to hospice patients.
What we collect
We collect contact information from hospice case managers, providers, and patients (name, agency, email, phone); patient demographics necessary to deliver equipment (initials, MRN, address, diagnosis); and order details. For Rx-required items, we obtain prescriptions and CMNs from ordering physicians.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, verify insurance eligibility, communicate order status, conduct California regulatory due diligence (medical necessity, Rx capture, CMS coverage criteria), and bill the appropriate payer. We never sell PHI.
HIPAA
We are a HIPAA Business Associate to the hospice agencies and providers we serve. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest and accessed only on a need-to-know basis. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available on request.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to operate the site and aggregated analytics to understand usage. We do not load advertising trackers and do not sell data.
Your rights
Patients have the right to access, correct, and request restrictions on their PHI per HIPAA. Hospice agencies and providers can request audit logs and BAA copies. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
